Public Relation Officer (UAE Nationals only)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for all government and regulatory authorities in UAE.
  • Liaise with Immigration department for visa formalities.
  • Manage documentation related to various Government departments .
  • Process application for cancellation related to labour contracts, work permits and residency visas.
  • Coordinating with third party service providers.
  • Handle all digital services or platforms provided by various Government departments.
  • Monitor contract, visa  and Emirates ID expiries of employees and make necessary precautions to renew without incurring fines.
  • Provide labour law expertise while staying abreast of the changes in the labour laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
  • Good communication skill in English and Arabic (oral & written).
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations, procedures, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills
