Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales teams across Navigation & Communication, Diving, LSA/FFA, and Automation Departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure effective inventory management to meet sales demands and minimize stock storage.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales executives, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget management reviews.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant sales experience with marine industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Experience in working in UAE or any GCC market is highly desirable.
  • Valid license or certification related to the marine industry is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Should possess UAE driving license.
