Key Job Responsibilities:
- Create detailed financial plans, including revenue projections, expense budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Work closely with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals.
- Use data analysis tools to uncover patterns and anomalies in financial performance and identify areas of concern, such as unexpected cost increases or revenue shortfalls.
- Produce high-quality financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Track expenses closely and take corrective action when necessary.
- Work with department managers to identify and eliminate unnecessary costs.
- Continuously seek ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality or service.
- Analyze actual performance against budget to identify variances, investigate the root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
- Assess potential risks, such as economic downturns, currency fluctuations, or operational disruptions and develop strategies to minimize the impact of these risks.
- Stay up to date with the latest financial technologies and software.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CCP or CMA certification preferred.
- 8-10 Years of proven experience in cost control and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
