Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed financial plans, including revenue projections, expense budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Work closely with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals.
  • Use data analysis tools to uncover patterns and anomalies in financial performance and identify areas of concern, such as unexpected cost increases or revenue shortfalls.
  • Produce high-quality financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Track expenses closely and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Work with department managers to identify and eliminate unnecessary costs.
  • Continuously seek ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality or service.
  • Analyze actual performance against budget to identify variances, investigate the root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Assess potential risks, such as economic downturns, currency fluctuations, or operational disruptions and develop strategies to minimize the impact of these risks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest financial technologies and software.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to management.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CCP or CMA certification preferred.
  • 8-10 Years of proven experience in cost control and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
