Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the Business Development Manager to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Provide exceptional assistance to walk-in customers at the retail store, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves and ordering necessary products as needed.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Promote the full range of diving products portfolio to local and global customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate delivery schedules efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to meet customer marketing needs and initiatives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment, working in alignment with the accounts department.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain stock levels of high-demand products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Prefer candidates with a valid UAE Driving License.
