Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with the Business Development Manager to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional assistance to walk-in customers at the retail store, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory by restocking shelves and ordering necessary products as needed.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote the full range of diving products portfolio to local and global customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to meet customer marketing needs and initiatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment, working in alignment with the accounts department.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain stock levels of high-demand products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Prefer candidates with a valid UAE Driving License.
