Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Ensure the reception area is impeccably clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Coordinate administrative projects by scheduling and assigning tasks to expedite work completion.
  • Demonstrate polite and professional communication through phone, email, and mail interactions.
  • Maintain operational efficiency of equipment by conducting preventive maintenance, arranging repairs, managing equipment inventory, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provide information and respond to inquiries from both internal and external parties.
  • Manage supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing expedited orders.
  • Supervise and assist cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in an administrative assistant/related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.
