Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards in India and the UAE.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on IT security risks and incidents.
• Promote security awareness within the organization to reduce the risk of security breaches.
• Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, including investigation and remediation.
• Manage user access controls and permissions.
• Ensure proper identity and access management processes are in place.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and anti-virus solutions.
• Monitor and manage security systems to detect and respond to security breaches.
• Implement data encryption and other protective measures.
• Ensure the secure storage and transmission of sensitive data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for security audits.
• Evaluate and recommend security products and technologies
• Oversee and coordinate information security efforts for remote offices in India and the UAE.
• Ensure consistent implementation of security measures across all locations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in information security or a related IT field.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are preferred.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
