Sales Executive – Commercial BA System

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for dicing department.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing potential clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our equipment.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensure teams and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support customer services to ensure seamless delivery and support of products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Generate regular sales report and forecasts, tracking progress against targets and identify area of improvements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any diploma, degree in business or engineering.
  • 2-5 years of hardcore sales experience in marine industry and commercial BA system.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial BA systems such as Breathing Air compressor, Cascade system, diving accessories etc.
  • Experience in working in UAE or any GCC market with strong understanding of local regulations, customer preference and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Should possess UAE driving license.
