Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales teams across Navigation & Communication, Diving, LSA/FFA, and Automation Departments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure effective inventory management to meet sales demands and minimize stock storage.
- Provide guidance and support to sales executives, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget management reviews.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant sales experience with marine industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Experience in working in UAE or any GCC market is highly desirable.
- Valid license or certification related to the marine industry is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Should possess UAE driving license.
