Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets across retail, dealer, government, and e-commerce channels.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new customers and markets in retail, dealer, government, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and suppliers across retail, dealer, government, and e-commerce channels.
  • Deliver revenue growth and profitability for the showroom, taking full responsibility for the sales P&L.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional and advertising strategies across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and sales results across all channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Experience with the Mercury Marine brand is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders across all channels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic.
