Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and information between technical teams and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to technicians, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate technician performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in operating new technologies.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals to support system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a service advisor, service coordinator, or in a similar position.
  • Strong understanding of marine systems, engines, and boating equipment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely with technicians, parts departments, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attention to detail.
