Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events and exhibitions to ensure seamless operations and brand representation.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver successful events.
  • Oversee the implementation of in-store branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all touchpoints.
  • Manage visual merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate print production jobs, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and assets are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct customer audits and market studies to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Create proposal for new B2B relationships through various account-based Marketing strategies.
  • Manage and track budgets for marketing operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates should have minimum 4-5 years of marketing operations experience and good knowledge in local market.
  • Must speak English and Arabic.
  • Preferred candidates with a valid driving license
