Facility Coordinator

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and store electronic and physical facility management documents.
- Track critical lease dates (expirations, renewals, options) and ensure timely notifications to stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate all facility-related services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Review and validate contractors’ invoices for accuracy, submit for payment, and track outstanding amounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all facility & maintenance documentation.
- Liaise with brokers, landlords, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for facility & maintenance related inquiries and correspondence.
- Maintain databases and generate reports.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as needed by the facility management team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel advanced formula.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in similar.
- Familiarity with real estate lease administration.
- Knowledge of data management and governance concepts.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines and requests simultaneously.
