Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AI integration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with SAP and IT teams to embed AI capabilities into ERP workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with current systems and platforms.

2. AI Development & Deployment

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms.
• Evaluate and improve existing business processes using AI.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance and scalability.

3. Technical Leadership & Support

• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams.
• Lead AI-related projects from concept to deployment.
• Document AI integration processes and maintain technical standards.

4. Collaboration & Training

• Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on AI tools and solutions.
• Promote AI literacy and adoption across departments.

5. Innovation & Research

• Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Assess applicability of new AI tools to marine, retail, and engineering sectors.
• Recommend AI-driven improvements for competitive advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI development and integration, preferably in industrial or marine sectors.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI).
• Experience with SAP systems and integrating AI into ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud-based AI services.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
