Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility and Search Engine Optimization
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Analyze sales metrics and web traffic to identify trends, improve strategies, and report on campaign performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure a smooth and positive online customer journey from product browsing to purchase completion and customer service.
- Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to align strategies and develop promotional content.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activities to enhance online presence and maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze sales data, web traffic, and market trends to inform strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, website functionality, and data analysis tools.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.
