Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for D2C and marketplace channels.
- Oversee websites, app platforms, and any third-party marketplaces.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, bundles, and campaigns aligned with product trends (e.g. hiking season, fitness resolutions, etc.).
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, bounce rates, and optimize conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to guide business decisions.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and paid media with e-commerce objectives.
- Leverage retargeting, remarketing, and CRM data to maximize conversion and retention.
- Ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Implement features like service subscription plans, breakage protection plans, or appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure real-time service availability, booking slots, and accurate descriptions.
- Integrate warranty/lifetime cover tracking mechanisms for customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience working in the UAE/GCC markets with an understanding of local consumer behavior.
- Background in managing services like warranties, repairs, or insurance-type models.
