Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and creating accurate purchase orders based on project and stock requirements.
  • Plan and execute purchasing activities by analysing supplier options, aligning with company budgets, and negotiating for the best pricing and terms.
  • Coordinate order placements and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery, while minimizing delays and avoiding operational losses.
  • Oversee inventory reconciliation and inspections, verifying the quality and quantity of received goods, and handling any issues with suppliers, including returns or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports, including vendor evaluations, pricing variances, and purchasing trends to support decision-making.
  • Support compliance and issue resolution, ensuring alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards, and assisting in resolving payment discrepancies with suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in related field
  • Experience working with any ERP Solutions
