The Mighty Marlins once again proved their dominance, clinching the championship for the second consecutive year in a breathtaking last-ball victory against the ever-determined Roaring Lions, who finished as this season’s runners-up. The atmosphere was electric as both teams displayed unwavering focus, skill, and composure until the very last moment — delivering a finale that will be remembered for years to come.
The Bronze Stallions took home a well-deserved third place, showcasing consistency and discipline throughout the tournament, while the spirited Stormy Octopus made a commendable run to the semi-finals, proving their mettle and determination. The league phase too was a thrilling spectacle, with teams like Blazing Bulls, Crimson Eagles, Sapphire Sharks, and Titan Tuskers bringing fierce energy and competitive excellence to every match. Each team played with passion and unity, reflecting the very essence of AMIT’s collaborative culture.
In addition to team glory, APL 2025 celebrated the individual brilliance of its top performers. Congratulations to all the Man of the Match winners, the Maximum Run Scorer, Top Wicket Taker, Maximum Six Hitter, and the ultimate Man of the Series. Each award reflected not just skill, but the hard work, discipline, and dedication that define AMIT’s sporting community.
Beyond the boundary, the finale was a complete celebration — an event that seamlessly combined employee engagement, family entertainment, and corporate wellness. The day featured exciting side attractions for employees, families, and guests alike. The Spin the Wheel activation added a fun twist, giving away prizes such as Garmin goodies, movie tickets, shopping vouchers, and home appliances, with the Mega Prize — a Jimmy vacuum cleaner — stealing the show.
Adding to the festivities were crowd-favourite activities including tug of war, face painting, henna art, and freshly popped popcorn for all to enjoy. The evening came alive with three live music bands, each bringing their own style and energy, turning the finale into a vibrant festival of music, laughter, and camaraderie.
