Location: Singapore

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in recreational diving to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of diving equipment and techniques, as well as a proven track record in sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the diving, offshore, and marine sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, including shipowners, offshore operators, and marine contractors.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial tenders.
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate costing and scope alignment.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.

Diving & Operational Support

• Participate in diving operations when required to support inspections, surveys, or project execution.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical input for project planning and proposals.
• Act as a technical point of contact between clients and internal teams during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with diving safety standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial diving, offshore, or marine operations.
• Sales or client-facing experience in the diving / marine / offshore industry is highly preferred.
• Valid diving certification (e.g. ADAS / IMCA / equivalent) – preferred / required.
• Strong understanding of marine or offshore operational environments.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and participate in offshore or site-based activities.
• CSCUBA / SSDE certified (optional)
