The expansion introduces AMIT Marine Services Lanka (Private) Limited in Sri Lanka and AMIT Marine Services Ltd in Ghana, extending the Group’s established marine expertise into two strategically important maritime regions. Both entities will serve local marine, offshore and maritime customers while drawing on the technical knowledge, industry experience and wider capabilities developed by AMIT International Group over more than four decades.
This expansion reflects the Group’s continued focus on building a stronger international marine services network and bringing specialised technical support closer to customers operating in major shipping, port, offshore and commercial marine environments.

Through AMIT Marine Services Lanka (Private) Limited, the Group is establishing a dedicated presence to support the requirements of customers across the Sri Lankan marine and maritime sector.
The company’s core marine expertise includes Diving Equipment Sales & Servicing, Automation & Control, Marine Safety – LSA & FFA, Navigation & Communication, and Satellite & Communication.
These capabilities allow AMIT Marine Services Lanka to address a broad range of vessel and marine technical requirements, supporting shipowners, vessel operators, ship managers, shipyards, offshore companies and other maritime organisations requiring specialised marine equipment, servicing and technical assistance.
By establishing a local marine services presence in Sri Lanka, AMIT is positioned to provide more direct access to its technical capabilities while developing stronger relationships within the country’s maritime community.

The expansion into Ghana further extends AMIT Marine Services into the West African maritime market.

The introduction of AMIT Marine Services Ltd enables the Group to build a dedicated presence within this market and support marine customers with specialised technical capabilities.

The company will focus on supporting the technical, operational, communication and safety requirements of marine and offshore customers in Ghana. Through its connection to AMIT International Group, the Ghana entity also benefits from decades of marine-industry experience and knowledge developed across international markets.
The expansion creates a stronger foundation for AMIT Marine Services to support customers in West Africa while continuing to build its international marine services footprint.
