Sales Executive – NAVCOM

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for Marine Navigation and Communication Equipment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine industry, including shipping companies, marine suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our equipment.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and support of products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in marine industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In depth knowledge of Marine Navigation and Communication Equipment including GPS systems, radar, sonar, VHF radios, etc.
- Experience in working in the UAE market with strong understanding of local regulations, customer preference and industrial dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated and results driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Should possess UAE driving license.
