Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with retail business goals and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings through keyword research and on-page strategies.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook /Instagram) and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & CRM Platforms to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms by creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists, and employing A/B testing to improve open and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, retail consumer behavior and competitor activities to ensure innovative approaches are implemented.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and keep the brand competitive.
- Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to align digital promotions with-in store activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing is a must.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing to validate expertise.
- Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, social media management software, and email marketing services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content that engages audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and the ability to think outside the box for unique marketing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English is a must, with Arabic language proficiency considered a strong asset depending on target markets.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to work in a diverse team environment, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
