Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts for various marketing collaterals, including print materials, digital assets, social media graphics, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing solutions.
- Ensure strict brand consistency across all design elements.
- Adhere meticulously to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity throughout all materials.
- Efficiently manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting project deadlines and maintaining transparent communication regarding progress.
- Translate intricate concepts into clear and compelling visual content, crafting layouts, graphics, and illustrations that resonate with the target audience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Additionally, familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools is advantageous.
- Collaborate seamlessly with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces. Understand user behavior and integrate design elements that optimize usability.
- Produce print-ready materials (including brochures, posters, and business cards) and digital assets (such as web banners and social media visuals), tailoring designs for various platforms and devices.
- Remain abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously elevate our design standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, and other related fields.
- Proven graphic designing experience of at least 3-4 years.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics – both still and dynamic.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effect, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Being Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an added advantage.
