Marketing Operations Executive

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with all internal and external project stakeholders and co-ordinate between departments on behalf of marketing from sourcing estimates till the job completion and payment processing.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Coordination of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Sourcing best-negotiated quotations from vendors and keeping track of payments & LPOs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee service quality and work with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing technology trends and best practices, evaluating new solutions and making recommendations for adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment regulations.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Preferred candidates with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and business etiquette.
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
  • Preferably with a valid UAE driving license.
