Job Title: Mobile Technician – Retail Sales

Department: Retail Sales

Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Purpose

To diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile phones and related devices while supporting retail sales activities, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.
  • Repair smartphones, tablets, and related accessories.
  • Replace defective parts such as screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers, and cameras.
  • Perform software updates, data backup, restoration, and device configuration.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure repaired devices are functioning properly.
  • Maintain repair records and service reports.


Retail Sales Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
  • Promote and upsell products, accessories, warranties, and service packages.
  • Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.


Inventory & Store Operations

  • Monitor spare parts and accessory stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of devices and spare parts.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Mobile Repair, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in mobile repair and retail sales.
  • Experience repairing Android and iPhone devices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mobile operating systems, applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
