Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Department: Retail Sales

Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Purpose

To promote and sell products, assist customers in their purchasing decisions, and ensure an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Assist in receiving, arranging, and inventory management of products.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
