Return & Exchange Policy

Return, and Exchange Policy (In-Store & Online)

AMIT aims to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and offering great customer service is our top priority.

For this reason, we offer an easy 7 Days Returns Policy from the date of purchase. The return, refund and exchange are subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return and Exchange.
  2. The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition within the original packaging, with all the tags and labels attached and inclusive of all original spare parts, accessories, and documentation such as manuals.
  3. If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product is not defective, unused, with no visible scratches or marks observed on the product or the packaging; the product will be taken back at the discretion of the store,with a Restocking fee of a minimum of 15% or as applicable while making return or exchange.
  4. In case of out of the box failures brought to “AMIT” notice within 7 days from date of purchase, product will be replaced with same model upon verification of the defect pursuant to the warranty terms by original equipment manufacturer. In case of non-availability of product, an equivalent product within the same price range or an upgraded model can be offered, if customer is ready to pay the difference in the price or a refund shall be provided.
  5. The final return/exchange decision lies with AMIT Retail LLC.

NoteItems that are not returned as described above will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.

The Return and Exchange are not applicable if:

  1. The product is registered online to any registration website or paired with any smartphone application or installed for use. 
  2. The packaging is damaged, has visible scratches or has missing accessories, activation cards or manuals.
  3. The Product was used, has visible scratches or product tags/stickers were removed.
  4. The claim for return and exchanged received after 7 days from the date of purchase.

In the event of a refund;

  1. The refunded value will be equal to the paid cash value. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment made by the Customer during the purchase and the refund transactions may take up to 14 working days from the date of product submission. The cost of delivery and installation (if applicable) shall not be refunded.


  1. If the seller acknowledges receipt of the order through social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, etc., this communication shall constitute confirmation of the order by the customer.
  2. Invoice copy and successful completion of the transaction would be treated as acceptance of the above items and hence shall be applicable.
  3. All civil disputes shall be addressed under the jurisdiction of UAE laws.
  4. To return an item, the customer would need to visit our customer service in the store.

Cancellation Policy

  1. A 50% upfront deposit is required for bulk or custom orders, and this amount will be forfeited in the event of order cancellation.

EPP/Instalment Cancel:

The customer/card holder needs to contact their credit card bank directly if they wish to cancel the instalment and pay the outstanding amount. Depending on the issuing bank’s policy, cancellation of instalment may be subject to additional cancellation fees.

If the customer/cardholder does not contact their bank to cancel the instalment or does not wish to cancel the instalment, the customer will continue to pay the equal monthly instalments until the full amount, including interest if applicable, is paid.

Shipping and Delivery

Our delivery service is quick and efficient, using established reputable shippers so that you receive your order promptly and in good condition. To get your items to you as quickly as possible we ship your items as soon as they are ready. This may result in multiple deliveries with no additional cost to you.

Within the UAE

In the UAE, we can deliver to almost all areas within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday). If we are unable to deliver to your location, our Customer Service team will contact you to find a solution.

International Orders

We deliver internationally to most countries, excluding any countries on the OFAC list. In some countries, you may be required to pay customs duties on items. This cost is not included in the sale price and should be paid by you on delivery.

We will not ship to any countries on the OFAC list.

We aim to deliver internationally within 7-14 business days (Monday – Saturday) depending on customs clearance. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our Customer Service team will contact you to find a solution.
