Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers by selling AMIT marine LSA/FFA products and services.
- Build relationships, develop, and implement effective sales initiatives/plans with assigned accounts to increase market share and revenue.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts through strategic planning.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities within the portfolio and market segment.
- Organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Build profitable sales of the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.
- Closely monitor sales performance, analyze trend data, and recommend actions where necessary to protect and maximize revenue.
- Interact with the service team and operations.
- Enhance knowledge of marine products, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare bills of materials, proposals, and documentation.
- Enhance sales channels and increase the domestic market.
- Achieve set targets (monthly/quarterly).
- Seek new opportunities for further growth of brand sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2 – 5 years of hardcore sales experience.
- Should have product knowledge – LSA/FFA, Diving compressors etc.
- Should be able to read, write & speak in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Must be physically fit to be able to board vessels offshore.
- Effective presentation skills
- Should possess UAE driving license.
- Any diploma, degree in business or engineering.
