Key Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, providing expert guidance on our marine leisure engine products and services.
- Showcase the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our products, highlighting their superiority and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer test drives to potential customers to showcase the performance and functionality of our marine leisure engines.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing and promotional options to customers.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries generated from showroom visits, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Maintain a neat and organized showroom display, ensuring that products are clean, properly labeled, and presented attractively.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in showroom sales, preferably in the marine leisure industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical

- Basic computer skills to navigate product information, pricing, and inventory management systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
