Key Job Responsibilities:
- SAP Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and implement SAP modules and customizations.
- Configure SAP systems to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations (e.g., IDoc, BAPI, RFC).
- Business Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions.
- Create functional and technical documentation for enhancements, reports, and forms.
- Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.
- System Integration & Support
- Integrate SAP systems with other enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.
- Upgrades & Enhancements
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Implement enhancements and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaboration & Training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Create user manuals and training materials.
- Security & Authorizations
- Manage user roles and authorizations.
- Implement security protocols to protect SAP environments.
- Strategic Contribution
- Offer expert advice on SAP best practices and business process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP development and support.
- Proficiency in ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and modules like SD, MM, FI, HR.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
