Key Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical/electronic systems for new projects.
• Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Document project progress, designs, and development processes.
• Estimate project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Diagnose and inspect engines, generators, and transmissions.
• Repair, rebuild, and assemble components using service manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Maintain technical logs, reports, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to subordinates and workshop staff.
• Interact with customers to address technical concerns.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or in a related field
• 5–10 years of engineering experience with a strong foundation in electrical/electronic systems design.
• Proficient in running simulations, analyzing test data, and creating technical documentation.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and design software (AutoCAD or similar).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• MTU/ZF certification or experience is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
