Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates and store employees.
  • Assign tasks, schedules, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.  
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.  
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Ensure proper storage and display of products.  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Enforce store policies, health, and safety standards.  
  • Manage daily sales, achieve store targets, and oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and opening/closing procedures.  
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of laptop models, mobile handsets, and smartwatches to assist customers and staff effectively.  

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
