Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily record of Purchase Invoices on Tally Prime 4.0
  • Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
  • Journal entries creation and booking
  • Maintaining Receipt and Payment related entries.
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
  • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
  • Check the validity of debit accounts
  • Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
  • Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
  • Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
  • Monthly Reconciliation of GSTR-2A through GSTIN portal.
  • TDS & TCS related entries and monthly payment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s in commerce degree , Master’s in commerce.
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Accounting software Tally Prime 4.0
  • M.S. Office  knowledge
