Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze target audiences, particularly local government entities, to tailor marketing campaigns that meet company objectives and desired outcomes. 
  • Generate innovative ideas and identify opportunities for new product launches, ensuring they align with market needs and company goals. 
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns & events for attracting new business connections and provide detailed reporting on campaign performance and results. 
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and address any issues that arise promptly. 
  • Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all channels. 
  • Establish and nurture positive business and customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention. 
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction and improve customer experiences. 
  • Source and negotiate the best quotations from vendors, manage payments and LPOs, ensuring cost-effective procurement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align on company goals and strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing efforts. 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing / Communications or relevant. 
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in event management and marketing operations, preferably in a senior role. 
  • Must have a pulse on the latest market trends, competitors, and major market players. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management skills. 
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
