Sales Executive – NAVCOM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for Marine Navigation and Communication Equipment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine industry, including shipping companies, marine suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our equipment.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and support of products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in marine industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In depth knowledge of Marine Navigation and Communication Equipment including GPS systems, radar, sonar, VHF radios, etc.
  • Experience in working in the UAE market with strong understanding of local regulations, customer preference and industrial dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Should possess UAE driving license.
