Key Job Responsibilities:

MARKETING & BRAND BUILDING

  • Responsibility for monitoring all marketing and branding activities for the Organization while maintaining Brand focus internally & externally.
  •  Directs the evaluation of Brand portfolio including Brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for the Organization.
  •  Ensures coordination with sales department to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives for the Organization.
  • Develop strategies into detailed marketing plans and executions.
  • Develops Annual Plans & Budgeting for the brand and monitors the expenditure.
  • Responsible for managing the product portfolio. Expansion of the product & customer base.
  • Experience in BTL and ATL marketing.
  • Marketing products through Online and Offline sale PAN India.
  • Setting up Distributors in Different states and cities.

SALES BUILDING

  • Managing all sales channels, e.g. General Trade, Modern trade, Ecommerce, Online/Offline channels.
  • Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
  • Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the Company. – Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
  • Experience in managing Ecommerce, General Trade & Modern Trade for Fresh perishable, Personal Care/Food & Snacks/Dairy/Beverages categories.
  • Identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.
  • Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, considering the shelf life.
  • Maintain a Team of Dedicated Marketers and sales team to boost the sales.
  • Responsible for implementing Sales Plan and Strategies with a view to increase sustainable market share and profitability. Responsible for strengthening and expanding the distribution network and customer base.
  • Responsible for analyzing the competition activities, demand and supply forecasting, surveying.
  • Responsible for implementing effective sales monitoring system, daily, weekly, monthly target achievement & business review (sales, Coverage and Fill rate).
  • Provide the necessary support and training to sales associates, first line managers to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals. Handling distributors, Appointment of Super Stockiest & CS.
  • Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing, MBA is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in operation, sales management and marketing preferably in a senior role  
  • Must have a pulse on the latest market trends, competitors, and major market players. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management skills. 
  • Strong ability to focus on market and take initiative.
