A 4 day vibrant yoga event was conducted in collaboration with Garmin at AMIT Retail Experience Centre, Al Seef from 14-May-2024 to 17-May-2024. The event saw enthusiastic participants gather for a session that combined physical practice with mindfulness.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome from AMIT Retail, followed by an energetic yoga session led by our skilled trainer. Participants of all levels were guided through a detailed session that promotes flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
