Women Empowerment
Women’s Empowerment is a topic we really care about, and we have set ourselves the following goals:
- on one hand, to increase the number of female colleagues in STEM and in Leadership positions
- on the other, to act at the earliest stage, with talks in schools and universities and work placement programs for young girls, so as to encourage them to pursue their education path.
As of Q1 2025, 20% of AMIT employees are women and 16% out of that are managers.

In conjunction with initiatives to promote a culture based on the protection of the dignity of individuals, in October 2024 we launched the #IRespect campaign. A way to spread a clear message far and wide.
